Just North of San Antonio and only 35 minutes from the airport you are close to State Parks, Fredericksburg with its charming downtown, vast amount of Wineries and all that the Texas hill country offers. The 3200 sq ft 4 Bedroom house sits on a high Bluff with amazing views towards the NW which allows for some beautiful Sunsets. The home also offers a game room with a pool table and a smart TV with a deck overlooking the property.

About the Owner

We are always looking for special and unique properties that we ourselves would enjoy and so we like to share them. We have been doing this since 2005 when we purchased our first property in Telluride Colorado. Since that time we have also added properties in Cabo San Lucas, Port Aransas TX, and now in the TX hill country on the Guadalupe River.
